Refund Policy

All purchases made on the ErrorSMP store are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Your purchases help support the server, including development, hosting, and other server-related costs. Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds after a purchase has been completed.

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. Attempting to reverse a payment without contacting us may result in your purchase being removed and your account being banned from the server and store.
